With Mark Munoz I did a variety of training over 4 months to get him ready for his UFC 102 fight with Nick Catone. The training included strength, endurance, speed and agility, fight-specific power training and conditioning. This day was pretty intense as you can see the focus and work ethic Mark brings to his workouts.
